Job Summary
This position involves carrying out essential housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role requires adhering to health and safety regulations while maintaining a friendly and positive interaction with all individuals within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and safety procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning tasks performed.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Capability to handle physical demands, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Able to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
