Job Summary
The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in managing various aspects of human resources within the organization. This position is integral to supporting multiple HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition processes for current vacancies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist in various HR initiatives related to employee training and development.
Qualifications
- A degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Human Resources functions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
