Job description
The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing essential human resources functions such as benefits administration, payroll management, HR systems, and compliance matters. This role also involves acting as a key point of contact for employee relations and partnering with the Finance team to optimize operational efficiency and scalability. Applicants should possess over 4 years of HR experience, particularly in benefits and payroll management, and hold a PHR or SHRM-CP certification. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and familiarity with comprehensive HRIS platforms, such as Paychex, are necessary qualifications.
