The specialist will assist in guiding AI interactions, step in manually when required, and record information related to insurance verification and prior authorizations. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting. Essential qualifications include strong data entry skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the capability to handle multiple systems concurrently while managing calls.
