Job Summary
Sygma Network, Inc. is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist: People, Compliance & Talent to collaborate with leadership within the organization. This role is vital for enhancing various human resources initiatives and programs across regional and corporate levels. The position will be based in Denver, Colorado, although alternatives in Portland, Oregon, or Stockton, California, may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conflict resolution and manage performance management processes.
- Participate in staffing planning and workforce strategy development.
