Job Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated departments. This position serves as a strategic partner to facilitate organizational change, manage talent, and drive engagement initiatives that support the overall goals of the business.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding human resources strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR practices that drive business performance.
- Analyze workforce metrics to inform decisions and address challenges.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance to leadership on conflict resolution and performance management.
- Support talent acquisition efforts and assist in succession planning.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a partnering capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
