Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s recruitment strategies by identifying and acquiring top talent. This position is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Engage with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Perform comprehensive candidate screenings and facilitate interviews.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or specialized role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
