Territory Manager
Phoenix, AZ (Remote)
$85,000-$110,000/YR
An exciting position is available for a Territory Manager based in Phoenix! In this capacity, you will focus on boosting revenue for designated existing accounts by introducing new products, optimizing product mix, and encouraging upselling. Your role will also involve providing support to current customers, which includes assisting with new product launches, technical sales, and product testing. You will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships and supporting newly acquired accounts, including managing the upkeep of dispensers. This position requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by enhancing product upselling, optimizing product mixes, and facilitating new product introductions for existing accounts.
- Provide technical support and product assistance to current customers through mix design, troubleshooting, and field quality assurance/control.
- Aid in the initiation and testing of new products for clients.
- Develop and sustain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain leadership within local industry organizations.
- Support the integration and assistance for newly acquired accounts.
- Provide relevant competitor and market intelligence to the appropriate company functions.
Qualifications:
- An Associate or Technical School degree is required; a BA/BS is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience within the industry.
- Sales experience or aptitude is essential; experience in concrete QA/QC is favored.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the concrete and construction industries is an advantage.
