Job Summary
The Supply Chain Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes. This position focuses on ensuring that products are sourced, produced, and delivered efficiently and effectively, thereby contributing to overall operational success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to streamline procurement processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of product orders.
- Assist in the development of supply chain strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
