We are seeking an Insurance Sales Executive Senior in the Commercial Property and Casualty sector. This influential, commission-driven position offers substantial earnings potential. Candidates must possess excellent consultative selling abilities, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the insurance sector. Our organization offers an extensive income transition plan over three years to facilitate your success right from the start. The preferred applicant will have a proven track record in acquiring and finalizing sales within the Commercial Property and Casualty arena, specifically targeting clients with revenues ranging from $50M to $500M+. Comprehensive knowledge across all areas of commercial P&C insurance, including loss-sensitive and group captive programs, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business growth efforts by recognizing and developing new client opportunities via internal and external networks, industry events, and strategic alliances.
  • Establish and nurture profitable relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Implement and execute a personal business strategy to achieve or surpass annual new business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to formulate strategies for new and renewal business.
  • Forge strong relationships with banking colleagues within the designated market or industry sectors.
  • Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by conducting pre-call research, enabling impactful presentations.
  • Guide and mentor operations and service teams, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Engage actively in sales meetings, strategy sessions with clients, and organizational events.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining all relevant licenses and fulfilling ongoing education requirements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
  • A minimum of 7 years in complex commercial Property & Casualty insurance sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
  • Additional state-specific insurance licenses.
  • Demonstrated success across various insurance lines—employee benefits, life insurance, and personal lines.
  • Experience working with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Professional certifications such as CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter), CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor), or ARM (Associate in Risk Management).
  • Experience in engaging with middle-market clients ($50M–$500M in revenue) and familiarity with loss-sensitive and group captive insurance programs.
  • Participation in external boards or committees.
  • Proven achievements in business development including market growth, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives.
