Job Summary
The Environmental Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization meets regulatory requirements related to environmental standards. This position involves monitoring, assessing, and reporting compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations while supporting sustainability initiatives within the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to environmental laws and guidelines.
- Prepare reports and documentation required for compliance submissions and regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement environmental compliance programs.
- Monitor changes in environmental legislation and recommend necessary modifications to policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on environmental compliance matters and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in environmental compliance, regulations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with environmental assessment tools and compliance software.
