Job Summary
The position entails delivering hands-on training both at desks and in classrooms to analysts, while working closely with user groups to gain insights into their workflows and craft effective use cases for Palantir. The role also includes addressing technical problems, creating dashboard products, and serving as a liaison between users and the Palantir engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Provide desk-side and classroom training for analysts.
- Collaborate with user groups to understand their workflows and identify Palantir use cases.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Palantir platform.
- Develop and build dashboard products.
- Facilitate and enhance communication between users and the Palantir engineering team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms is essential.
- Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance is required.
- A technical background with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
