**IT Intern**
The IT Intern will be responsible for delivering initial technical support for both hardware and software. This includes diagnosing problems and overseeing user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365. Additionally, the intern will log incidents in the ticketing system and ensure that documentation for internal processes is up to date. Candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory, as well as demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills. Interested applicants must be enrolled in the Houston Community College Co-op Program.
