IT Support & Endpoint Specialist

Job description

Job Summary

The IT Support & Endpoint Specialist is responsible for providing expert support and management for end-user devices and IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and endpoint management to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Manage and maintain end-user devices, ensuring proper operation and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot various IT issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of endpoint management tools.
  • Document and update support issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve support processes and end-user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT support, particularly with endpoint management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
