Job Summary
We are seeking an organized IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on Systems Administration and Project Management within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of network support to address escalated technical issues effectively. This role will involve managing various IT functions and ensuring the smooth operation of system environments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support issues.
- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and System Center tools.
- Manage and support both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Implement cybersecurity solutions to safeguard organizational data.
- Assist in infrastructure modernization efforts to enhance IT capabilities.
- Collaborate with other IT firms on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of network support and related technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server and System Center administration.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity measures and best practices.
