Job description
Job Summary
The IT Systems Analyst plays a key role in analyzing and enhancing the organization’s IT systems to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in meeting business goals. This position involves assessing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new system implementations.
- Analyze data and system performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the development and testing of new software and applications.
- Provide support for troubleshooting technical issues and performing system maintenance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on system performance for management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and database management.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
