The ITM Teller is responsible for handling customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments through video technology, ensuring precise transaction records are maintained. This role demands a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guiding clients in the effective use of the ITM system. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent GED. Proficient computer skills are necessary, and prior experience in banking or call center environments is advantageous.
