Job description
The Title Officer is responsible for detecting and addressing any challenges that could affect title insurability by engaging in discussions with clients, attorneys, and lenders. Their role involves conducting title examinations, reviewing legal documents, and authorizing paperwork to guarantee correct title commitments and policies. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in the title or real estate field, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated specifically to title examination. A high school diploma or its equivalent is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving competencies.
