Job description
**Job Title: Key Holder**
The Key Holder assists store management in overseeing team members, managing store openings and closings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role includes upholding animal care standards, overseeing merchandising efforts, and providing outstanding customer service. A background in retail is necessary, especially with prior experience as a key holder or in a supervisory role being advantageous. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, candidates should be capable of lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
