**Job Title: Lab Assistant**
The Lab Assistant is responsible for delivering phlebotomy services across a diverse patient demographic, from newborns to elderly individuals, and is engaged in the processing of specimens for the core laboratory. This position also involves various clerical duties, including the input of patient orders into the Laboratory Information System. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a strong preference for those who have completed an accredited phlebotomy training program. Candidates with certifications like ASCP or NPA are highly valued, and the role demands outstanding listening and communication abilities.
