Job description
The Retail Associate plays a key role in organizing merchandise within store areas to ensure product quality and fulfill customer expectations. This position involves implementing plan-o-grams, overseeing inventory management, and actively promoting products to shoppers. Applicants should possess a valid driving record and be willing to travel extensively across the Northeast and Southeast regions. Physical demands of the role include the capability to lift weights of up to 50lbs, sustain long periods of standing, and carry out manual tasks such as cleaning and utilizing ladders.
