Job Summary
The Lead AI/ML Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of AI-enhanced solutions, such as LLM applications, RAG, and intelligent agents, aimed at fostering innovation in enterprise finance. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed are scalable, well-governed, and adhere to principles of responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered solutions tailored for enterprise finance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solution scalability and governance.
- Ensure alignment with responsible AI practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operationalize applications such as LLM and intelligent agents to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years in software engineering, machine learning, or AI-related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in generative AI and production environments for LLM.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
