Job Summary
The Lead Medical Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing medication distribution, performing health assessments for new admissions, and ensuring the confidentiality of health records. This position involves collaboration with external medical services and delivering educational training to staff regarding pediatric and adolescent health matters.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and management of medications for clients.
- Conduct health screenings for individuals upon their admission into the program.
- Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of health records.
- Coordinate with outside medical providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
- Provide training to staff on health issues related to children and teenagers.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of one year of experience in public health or healthcare is required.
- Reliable transportation necessary for travel between Bethlehem and Doylestown.
- Ability to successfully complete background checks as required by ORR.
