Job description
**Job Title: Lead, Quality Assurance**
The Lead, Quality Assurance plays a critical role in ensuring the quality of clinical and commercial products through the thorough examination of batch records, quality control data, and donor eligibility documentation to guarantee compliance for product release. This position also oversees the Quality Management System (QMS) processes, which include conducting investigations, managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to cGMP and GTP regulations. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a cGMP-compliant environment. The role demands strong organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in interpreting and implementing good laboratory practices.
