Job description
The Lead Restaurant Crew Member plays a crucial role in managing floor service and supporting management with various operational duties while upholding exceptional guest service standards. This position involves aiding in staff training, handling payroll and attendance when the chef is unavailable, and ensuring the restaurant maintains safety and cleanliness. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have relevant experience in the restaurant industry, supervisory positions, or customer service. Additionally, the role demands physical stamina to stand for eight hours and the ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs, alongside proficient communication skills in English.
