Job description
The Lead Teacher will execute the L.E.A.P. curriculum and offer leadership within the classroom for different age ranges. This role involves guiding teaching teams, managing classroom records, and upholding health and safety regulations. Applicants are required to possess a Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher Certification and have a background in a licensed childcare or preschool environment. Excellent classroom management abilities and experience working with diverse age groups are essential.
