**Job Title: Lead Technician**
The Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing data center installation initiatives, ensuring that quality and safety standards are upheld at every stage of the project. This position also acts as a technical expert, offering guidance and mentorship to the installation crew. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in structured cabling or telecommunications, along with a high school diploma or its equivalent. The role necessitates the ability to travel up to 50% of the time and a readiness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
