Job description
The Lead Veterinary Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating exam room, surgical, and dental operations, ensuring safe management of patients and overseeing anesthesia monitoring. This position also involves keeping precise medical records and informing clients about treatment plans and instructions for discharge. Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in veterinary or animal care environments and exhibit excellent organizational and communication abilities. A solid understanding of animal restraint, fundamental veterinary terminology, and patient care protocols is essential.
