Job Summary
The Leasing Associate plays a vital role in overseeing the leasing operations of the property. This involves a variety of duties aimed at attracting potential residents and ensuring a positive living experience for current occupants.
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish.
- Promote the property effectively to prospective residents.
- Conduct tours of the premises with interested applicants.
- Finalize lease agreements and complete the sales process.
- Foster strong relationships with residents by addressing their concerns and complaints.
- Organize community events to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software.
- A flexible work schedule, including availability for nights and weekends.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as climbing stairs and lifting office supplies.
