The Leasing Consultant plays a crucial role in executing leasing and marketing strategies, all while fostering a favorable image of the community. Additionally, this position involves supporting management with resident initiatives, retention strategies, and the management of lease applications. Applicants should possess a background in customer service or sales, alongside strong verbal and written communication abilities. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or its equivalent are mandatory.
