Job description
Oversee the entire leasing procedure, starting from conducting property tours to facilitating resident move-ins, which involves finalizing sales and preparing all necessary lease agreements. Foster strong relationships with residents and work alongside the team to coordinate community activities and develop marketing initiatives. A minimum of one year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, and a bachelor’s degree is desired.
