Job Summary
The Leasing Manager plays a vital role in enhancing occupancy rates and maximizing revenue by leading the leasing team and overseeing operational activities. This position involves managing marketing strategies, fostering resident relations, and conducting financial reporting to achieve property performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the leasing team to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Implement and manage marketing initiatives to attract potential residents.
- Maintain positive resident relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess property performance.
Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of experience in property or leasing management is required.
- Proficiency in industry software such as Yardi or RealPage is essential.
- A high school diploma is mandatory; however, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications like Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) are highly desirable.
