Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform clinical evaluations, provide hands-on nursing care, and manage personalized care plans for individuals. In this role, they will act as a clinical leader, supervising team members and ensuring adherence to state and federal guidelines. Applicants must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Iowa, along with an up-to-date CPR certification. A deep commitment to compassionate and respectful care for residents, along with familiarity with long-term care regulations, is essential.
