Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will perform clinical evaluations, provide hands-on nursing care, and manage the administration of medications for residents. Additionally, they will act as a clinical leader by orchestrating care coordination, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to both facility policies and regulatory requirements. Applicants must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Iowa and have an up-to-date CPR certification. Completion of a state-sanctioned LPN supervisory course is necessary, or it must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
