**Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**
Deliver essential individual nursing services to children with medical complexities directly in their home environments. This role involves administering medications and treatments, evaluating patient health statuses, providing guidance to families regarding care techniques, and adhering to predefined care strategies. Candidates must possess a valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas and have up-to-date CPR certification. While experience in pediatric home health, as well as familiarity with tracheostomy and ventilator care, is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement.
