The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by managing cases, facilitating client interactions, and preparing for trials. Key responsibilities encompass performing legal research, drafting case-related documents, and helping with discovery processes. The perfect candidate will have prior experience in a Litigation Paralegal role and exhibit excellent organizational and communication abilities. A Paralegal certification or an Associate’s degree is desirable, and proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.
