**Job Title: Logistics Supervisor**
The Logistics Supervisor oversees the everyday activities of the fleet, which encompasses driver scheduling, route planning, and ensuring adherence to DOT and FMCSA regulations. This role entails supervising team members, keeping accurate vehicle maintenance logs, and evaluating operational metrics to enhance efficiency. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role and 3 years of experience in logistics, with a high school diploma or GED as a prerequisite. A clean driving history is essential, and the candidate must be able to acquire a Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License within six months of employment.
