Perform nursing assessments, medication administration, and crisis stabilization for clients in a facility-based setting. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, HIPAA, and organizational policies while providing intensive treatment and evaluation. Requires an active and current LPN license in the state of employment. Two years of experience working with behavioral health clients is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and automotive insurance.
