Job description
**Job Title: Patient Care Nurse**
In this role, you will deliver patient care, handle medication reconciliation, and document vital signs in a primary care clinic setting. You will support healthcare providers and specialists by assisting with various office procedures, educating patients, and managing scheduling tasks. An active RN or LPN license in Illinois and current CPR certification are essential. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is required, while experience in surgical or specialty fields is a plus.
