**Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)**
The LPN is responsible for providing both direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, which encompasses tasks such as administering medications and conducting physical assessments. This position involves aiding with IV therapy, wound management, and collaborating with physicians to enhance the efforts of the acute care team. Applicants must have completed a Practical Nurse Program that is accredited and possess a valid license from the Alabama State Board of Nursing. Candidates should be prepared to showcase their ability to care for acute care patients once they have completed the orientation process.
