**Job Title: Clinical Nurse**
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering and managing direct, patient-focused care within an inpatient transplant unit, utilizing their independent judgment. This role includes executing the nursing process, overseeing staff, and ensuring a safe and collaborative work environment. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a current Registered Nurse license in California. Additionally, a minimum of one year of relevant experience and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
