Job description
**Quality Technician**
The Quality Technician is responsible for verifying that products fulfill customer specifications by conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analyses during the manufacturing cycle. This role involves working closely with engineering and production teams to define testing needs and handle materials that do not conform to standards. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those holding an associate’s degree in a technical discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance or CMM programming in a manufacturing setting is preferred, along with excellent abilities in blueprint interpretation and analytical thinking.
