Job description
The nurse will deliver individualized, hands-on medical care to vulnerable infants, children, and teenagers in their home environments. Key responsibilities involve performing patient evaluations, giving medications, and instructing family members on clinical care practices. Applicants must possess a valid RN or LPN/LVN license.
