Job Summary
The Machine Operator for the CNC Router will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce components with precision and quality. The role includes setting up the equipment, monitoring the manufacturing process, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and production specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up CNC router for various production tasks by configuring machines based on production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to achieve optimal performance and quality.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC routers to ensure continuous operation.
- Following safety protocols and practicing proper handling of machinery and materials.
- Inspect completed work and components for adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery, preferably routers.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and production procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability.
