Job description
**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic III**
The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for executing skilled mechanical maintenance, conducting repairs, and performing preventative inspections on the equipment and systems within hospital facilities. Key duties involve diagnosing electrical and mechanical problems, overseeing HVAC and boiler operations, and maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring the timely completion of work orders. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid California Driver’s License, and necessary certifications such as a Boiler Operator license and HVAC Universal Technician certification. This position requires technical expertise in interpreting blueprints and carrying out intricate repairs on different systems across the hospital infrastructure.
