Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing and executing technical and mechanical tasks to guarantee that community buildings, grounds, and amenities comply with safety and quality regulations. This role includes managing work orders, preparing vacant units for new residents, and overseeing contractors and service team staff. Applicants should hold EPA Type I and II or Universal certification, possess a valid driver’s license, and be prepared to obtain CPO and OSHA certifications. A high school diploma or GED is essential, along with expertise in maintenance tools and property management software.
