**Manager**
The Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding the daily operations of the theatre, managing administrative documentation, and upholding exceptional guest service standards. This position involves mentoring staff, overseeing workforce levels, and enhancing financial outcomes through strong leadership and effective communication skills. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and have at least six months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. The position also necessitates the physical capability to stand, walk, and regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
