**Job Title: MRO Supplier Facilities Supervisor**
In this role, you will be in charge of MRO supplier facilities, focusing on delivering exceptional, cost-efficient, and punctual heavy maintenance inspections. As a manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, assessing their performance, and collaborating with both internal and external partners. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience in the aviation sector, hold an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or project management capacity within the aviation field is essential.
