The Principal HR Business Partner acts as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, aligning business objectives with cohesive workforce strategies. This role encompasses the management of significant projects, including organizational restructuring, succession planning, and talent development, while ensuring accountability for worldwide client groups. Applicants should possess 8-10+ years of advancing HR experience, with a proven track record in supporting senior executives in intricate or international organizations. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline is highly preferred, alongside robust analytical, communication, and executive persuasion abilities.
