The Manager, HRIS & Talent Systems oversees the management, enhancement, and strategic direction of the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. This position guarantees data accuracy, process optimization, and adherence to regulations while collaborating with various teams to align with organizational goals. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of five years of increasing responsibility in HRIS management or HR operations. Expertise in enterprise HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, along with solid analytical and project management abilities, is essential.
